Riding Horses For Sale

OFFERING to a select home, the only palomino Heritage Mare that is a daughter of the late Sunless Heritage stallion Red Bud's Rascal, Tanasi Gold  TWHBEA #975827.

First to meet you at the gate, she is also the first horse noticed in barns small or large due to her friendly personality and pretty face framed by creamy white mane and forelock. Her ground manners are impeccable. She stands quietly in the crossties, cooperates for  the farrier, and naps while her ears are clipped. She has taught seasoned show horses how to load.

Under saddle, she is silky smooth at any speed. the Hunter's Allen F-10 up close in her bloodlines gives her the stamina  to travel  steadily on the trails without wearing out. She goes English or western, neck reins, and canters on cue, and only  when asked. She prefers collecting show ribbons in yellow and white to match her personal color scheme.

As a mature, experienced Heritage mare, she has the ability and sensitivity to be a calm, quiet child's horse for lead line or showmanship classes, while still giving an adult a good ride on the trail or on the rail. Low enough to the ground for ease in mounting and dismounting, she has the bones and build to carry almost any weight. Both her mother and her grandmother were going strong under saddle and/or producing babies in their twenties.

If you think you can use this excellent mare in your program, contact Franne Brandon at handfbrandon@united.net. Priced       at $3500.00 More photos on request and  easily sent. Short digital videos can be emailed when the server gives a fast connection speed. DVD on request.

For Sale:  9-year-old fully trained Heritage trail horse, Bullet's Elusive Angel, TWHBEA registration number 20103241

  Elly & Ann

Bred by Diane Sczepanski of Northern Foundations in Whitehall, WI., this mare was imprinted as a foal and remembers that early training. Shown here with my friend, Ann, on board. This mare is an excellent trail horse, goes anywhere, has been overnight camping. She lived on a dairy farm for a few years with lots of heavy farm equipment driving around so is pretty        much traffic safe. She comes up to you in the pasture, walks right into a trailer, is good with the farrier (although she does sometimes need a reminder of who is in charge!). She is trained for western style riding.

Buy her today, take her on a trail ride tomorrow! Are you interested? Come take her for a test ride. Then, take her home for     only $2500 and go trail riding. We are in Central Wisconsin - And, if you would like a nice mare to ride this year and a nice     mare with a foal next year, I would be happy to take her over to Northern Foundations Farm to be exposed to one of Diane Sczepanski's stallions for you before you take her home. (Contact Diane for stud and mare care fees.)

Here are a couple more pictures of her with Ann aboard:

I don't have a good video camera but do have a couple of not very good quality short video clips of this horse in gait from       my digital camera - but enough so you can see her gait. I can send them to you via email. Contact me by email at jshendrick@yahoo.com or call 715-229-2542

Heritage Outcrosses for Sale

Before the formation of the Tennessee Walking Horse Heritage Society in 2003, and its subsequent definition of what         marks a  Heritage  Walking Horse in our Society, all of the Heritage breeders had crossed some of their mares with stallions that were popular  in their respective areas of Tennessee, or in some cases, within the larger breed group. Although none of the stud colts were retained for breeding purposes, a number of the mares proved to be excellent producers of quality pleasure stock, and are  still used within the broodmare bands of the farms where they were foaled. Since the foals of these mares can never be  established as Heritage Walking Horses due to their modern bloodlines, their offspring are being         offered on this page as Heritage Outcrosses. These foals and mature horses are blessed with the nice walking gaits and        gentle dispositions of their Heritage  parent, but their bloodlines are not as unique,   as they are found more readily             throughout the Tennessee Walking Horse breed.

Generator's Sweet Pearl  #20009519 - Heritage Outcross Mare

She has  had several very nice foals and is now being ridden and is ready to be finished by a trail rider. Pearl loves attention and could easily handle a larger sized rider with no problem.
